When you send us a repair or stock enquiry — by WhatsApp, phone, or in person — we may collect your name, phone number, and details about your device or the item you're asking about.
How we use it
We use this only to respond to your enquiry, quote or carry out a repair, and to contact you about your device. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
WhatsApp enquiries
Our enquiry forms prepare a message for you to send from your own WhatsApp account. That message, and any reply, is handled through WhatsApp's own service — please see WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for how they handle messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to complete your repair or respond to your enquiry.
